  Sealed for Freshness, takes place in 1968 at a “typical Midwest Tupperware party.” It seems that “the top Tupperware representative in the Midwest region” has just moved down the block and so a plastic (only you can’t ever say that word) party is in order. The hostess is Bonnie, a very desperate housewife, whose bowling-mad hubby wouldn’t touch her with a 10-foot pin. No sooner is Bonnie’s husband off to the local lanes than the guests arrive. Two of them are sisters: Jean, who married well, and her very pregnant (and miserably so) sister Sinclair, who is about to pop her fifth. Then there is Tracy Ann, who makes the appellation “dumb blonde” seem entirely too intellectual. The guest of honor is Diane, The Tupper Queen.
