When Season 200 was being planned it was great to present a season of short plays by Melbourne writers whose work hadn't been seen before at MTC. On the brink of a new millennium and it seemed appropriate that the 2000 Season contain a celebration of voices which may prove to be important in the theatre of the 21st century.
